Aggregated news — automatically collected from publicly available third-party Chinese-language media. Every aggregated article names its source and links to the original article.
Original community content — forum threads, user comments, blogs and data pages written by our team or our users.
2. Sourcing policy
We prefer primary sources: government agencies (e.g. USCIS, IRS, U.S. State Department, CDC), courts, company filings and official announcements.
Aggregated stories always carry a visible source credit and a link to the original ("阅读原文"). We do not claim third-party reporting as our own.
Finance, visa, tax and health pages are for informational purposes only and carry not-advice disclaimers with review dates.
3. How AI is used
Collection & triage: AI-assisted systems fetch public news feeds, de-duplicate stories, classify them into boards, and draft Chinese-language summaries.
Translation: English-language source material is machine-translated into Simplified Chinese before posting.
Screening: an automated gatekeeper screens every item before publication (items can be temporarily hidden for review; nothing is silently deleted).
Human oversight: the founder/editor-in-chief sets editorial standards and reviews appeals. AI drafts are labeled by the official newsroom account (华人空间新闻); forum posts are written by human users.
4. Corrections
We correct factual errors promptly and transparently. See our Corrections policy.
5. Advertising
Paid promotional content is clearly labeled as advertising. Editorial coverage is never sold.
